Centralize, Standardize, Automate, Analyze

Contract administration is frequently a time consuming manual process fragmented across multiple business units.  ROME ContractManagement is a product that accelerates the contract administration process, enforces corporate standards, leverages existing contracts enterprise-wide, and ensures corporate and regulatory compliance.

ROME ContractManagement integrates seamlessly with ROME CreditRisk.  Legal documents including MPSAs, Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Master Netting Aggreements are integrated with all other corporate contracts into the Contract Repository and shared across the entire organization.

ROME Contract Management is built for energy industry and contains unique contract management functionality to handle energy specific enabling agreements including: ISDA, EEI, NAESB, and NAESB Coversheets.

The standalone ROME CreditRisk product utilizes and maintains terms found in various legal documents to calculate contractually accurate exposure and actively manage the margining process.
