Global Counterparties and Contracts
The key to coordinating core customer, counterparty and contractual information for all enterprise-wide applications is effective management of all global counterparties and associated contracts. This consolidation yields a hierarchical and detailed view of all counterparty information, enabling organizations to enforce standard definitions of counterparties.
Centralized Repository
At the heart of every CreditRisk software, there is a central “library” that supports all capability and accurately represents counterparty legal structures and commitments, including parent-child relationships, master agreements, master netting agreements, and other relationship structures. A consolidated repository of counterparty relationships can be leveraged to manage credit exposure.
In addition, the Counterparty Management module can be used to capture and track a variety of legal documents including various MPSAs (EEI, NAESB, GISB, ISDA), general terms and conditions, and confirmations.
